Refund policy
All Sales Are Final: We do not accept refunds for any sales. However, after receiving and inspecting the returned item, we can offer exchanges for defective items.
Discounted Items Are Final Sale: No returns or exchanges are allowed for discounted items.
Order Cancellation: To cancel an order, you must contact us at least 5 business days in advance. Cancellations are only accepted with prior approval.
Returns/Exchanges/Damages:
Return Requests: All return and exchange requests must be submitted via email within 5 business days of receiving the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us via email within 5 business days of receiving your order.
To ensure a smooth process, please include the following information in your email and specify your order number in the subject line:
- Order Number
- Company Name
- Address and Phone Number
- Item Number
- Quantity / Size / Color
- Reason for Return or Exchange
Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Return Shipping Costs: We are not responsible for lost packages during the return shipping process. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and an 8% restocking fee.
Refunds: After receiving the returned item, our returns department will inspect it and issue a refund based on the amount paid (excluding original shipping costs and return shipping costs).
For Damage Claims: If you would like a replacement for the item, please specify this in your claim. We will provide a replacement if the item is available.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Processing: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
