Why Full Belly Fit
Evidence note: This page explains the current construction target. It is not a verified performance claim.
Scaling a standard legging is not the same as designing around a fuller middle.
A useful fit system has to consider several relationships at once: waist to fullest belly, belly to hip, rise length, thigh room and how the waistband joins the body of the garment. Increasing every measurement by the same percentage can preserve the original mismatch.
Current construction target
Tinya's current factory specification uses a contoured fuller-middle proportion and a single, full-height 120±5mm soft high-elastic knitted panel enclosed inside the curved double-layer waistband. The panel is specified to sit 10±3mm below the finished top edge and to be secured continuously at both edges so the lower edge does not create a thickness step.
This is a construction specification, not proof of wearer outcome. Top-only narrow elastic, multiple narrow bands, anti-roll boning, hard woven elastic and hard interfacing are not approved substitutes. Rolling, sliding, pressure, comfort, opacity and durability have not yet been verified on physical samples.
Our product pages will separate confirmed construction facts from performance results so buyers can judge the evidence rather than rely on slogans.
